Website Designed for Tom Mailey Voice

We designed and developed a personal brand website for Tom Mailey, an audiobook narrator and voice over actor known for a warm, grandfatherly tone that some listeners compare to Santa Claus. The site puts his voice front and center, so casting directors and publishers can hear his range within seconds of landing on the page.

About the Client

Tom Mailey narrates audiobooks across children’s literature, memoirs, true crime, business, religion, personal development, and thriller fiction. He records commercials, promos, animation, and non-broadcast narration as well. His clients include authors, publishers, and production studios who need a reliable narrator with a Source Connect ready home studio.

The Challenge

A voice actor’s website has one job. Get the visitor listening fast. Tom needed an online home that could hold his growing demo library, showcase his published audiobooks, and give producers a direct line to book him. The site had to feel personal and professional at the same time, matching the character of his voice rather than a generic corporate template.

What We Delivered

We built a single, focused site structure around three pages. Home, About, and Demos, with a contact form that asks only for what a producer actually needs to send.

Key features included:

  • A hero section that introduces Tom’s voice personality in his own words
  • An embedded demo library covering ten genre categories, from children’s fiction to true crime, each with its own audio player
  • A Featured Work spotlight for standout projects
  • A gallery of his latest published audiobooks with direct Audible visibility
  • Source Connect and Audible links placed where casting professionals expect them
  • A short, low-friction contact form for project inquiries
  • Fast loading, mobile-friendly build on WordPress

The Result

Tom now has a website that works like a demo reel and a booking page combined. Visitors can sample his narration in every genre he records, browse his published titles, and reach him in a couple of clicks. The clean layout keeps attention on the audio, which is exactly where it belongs for a working voice actor.
