We designed the website for Of Grace and Grief, a grief support and coaching service based in Bergen County, New Jersey. The goal was to create a welcoming online space that makes navigating grief feel less isolating, helps people understand the support available, and makes it easy to take the next step.
The Brief
Of Grace and Grief needed a website that reflects the personal, compassionate nature of its work. Grief is different for everyone, and the website needed to communicate that without relying on generic sympathy messaging. Visitors needed to understand the available support, learn about Mari Timpanaro, and find a straightforward way to book an appointment.
What We Built
We created a welcoming website centered on the brand’s message of normalizing grief, one conversation at a time. The content introduces visitors to grief support and coaching while recognizing that everyone experiences loss differently.
We highlighted Mari Timpanaro’s background in social work and her approach to creative compassion, helping visitors understand the person behind the service. Clear calls to action guide visitors toward booking an appointment, while dedicated navigation makes it easy to explore the About, Store, and Contact pages.
We also incorporated the brand’s social media presence and Good Neighbor Podcast feature, giving visitors additional ways to connect with the business and learn its story.
The Outcome
The result is a website that communicates the heart of Of Grace and Grief: personalized support, understanding, and a space where people can navigate loss in their own way. With clear messaging, accessible navigation, and prominent appointment links, the site helps connect individuals and grief supporters with guidance tailored to their needs.
